As the time progressed the legion acted as vultures, dropping out of the warp to pick upon their foes and then stepping back into the great ocean to vanish again. Due to the manner of the warp the legion passed around time and space, striking like pirates would to plunder and then retreating to strike again. It was one such occurrence where the legion was spat into the dark of space on the brink of the eye of terror. The planet with the legion set its targets on would forever change the legion, for the better or worst that decision lay with the decision maker.
A forgeworld was being slowly sucked into the eye of terror, this was a forgeworld whos magos's had been probing into the forbidden technologies and had the ideologies that all knowledge is worth knowing. This lead to similar goal between the legion and the head magos Ma'Ta.
Rumors were heard that a giant beast, with a canine head, twice the height of a marine, and resembled a daemon from legend, was seen on this forgeworld.
Once the legion and the forgeworld had alligned priorities it is said that the forgeworld just vanished from known space into the warp. And too this day people make up stories about a planet that was taken into the warp, and now the mad magos builds it up as a fortress in the warp, a way station for the corrupt and diseased, a place where death calls home.
The Tomb of Anubis.
Here is my warpsmith/magos if I play them using the mechanicus rules.
Magos Ma'Ta
